Serafino was born on 19 OCT 1902 in St Andrews, the son of Serafino Fortunato (Frank) Visocchi and Maria Antonia Civita Jannetta.
He died on 24 MAY 1992 in Blairgowrie.
His wife was Iolanda Virginia Muriel Forte, who he married on 10 SEP 1936 in St Mary's , Lochee, Dundee. Their three known children were Fortunato Serafino Marco (1938-?), Serafina (Sally) Maria Loreta (1941-?) and Iolanda (Landy) Maria Loreta (1949-?).
