Maria was born about 1872 in Belmonte Castello, Italy, the daughter of Benedetto Visocchi and Lucia Panetta.
She died on 25 SEP 1917 in Cottage Hospital, St Andrews.
Her husband was Serafino Fortunato (Frank) Visocchi, who she married on 28 FEB 1897 in Atina. Their two known children were Loreta (1898-1982) and Serafino Fortunato (1902-1992).
