    I attended the AGM of the Royal Scottish Band Association at Trades House Glasgow on  Saturday 11 March 2107 to present my Uncle Robert’s MBE to the Association. There is a commemoration room which bears his name in the Headquarters in Washington Street. It seemed appropriate that the framed MBE and Certificate be housed there.…
