Sculptor: Andy Scott
Date: 2000
Location: On banks of the Clyde at Braehead Shopping Centre
Description: This sculpture at the Braehead Shopping Centre depicted two shipyard workers hauling a ship by chains towards the River Clyde. The ship is represented only by its bow, creating the illusion that the main part of its hull is about to be dragged out. Sadly when the photograph was taken in the work has been vandalised. Only one of the original figures remains.
Braehead is a commercial development located at the former site of Braehead Power Station in Renfrew on the south bank of the River Clyde
