Description: At Garscube Road, an unpleasant pedestrian underpass has been transformed into a bright, spacious and safe connection from the city centre to the Forth and Clyde Canal. Tall vertical sculptured flowers provide an eye-catching centrepiece. Vibrant colours were selected to contrast with the concrete elements of the motorway infrastructure.
