The four sons of Giovanni Battista Visocchi and Porzia Nardone, and their half-brother, Michele by Giovanni’s second marriage to Angela Jannetta emigrated to Scotland. The first to arrive were Pietrangelo and Serafino – in the closing years of the nineteenth century.
The five were:
(i) Pietrangelo Visocchi born 2 February 1866. Married Angela Jannetta.
(ii) Luigi Gabriele Visocchi born 2 October 1868. Married Civita Visocchi.
(iii) Serafino Fortunato Visocchi born 28 December 1869. Married Maria Antonia Civita Jannetta.
(iv) Angelo Visocchi born 26 December 1872. Married (i) Beatrice Visocchi & (ii) Antonia Tamburrini.
(v) Michele Visocchi born 28 May 1886. Married Marta Visocchi.
