William McCreath married Janet McMurchy. He was an Upholsterer to trade. Janet died of Phthisis Pulmonalis on 20 October 1901, aged 35 at 44 Phoenix Park Terrace, Glasgow. She was survived by William. They had seven children. Their youngest child, Robert, was only eight months old when his mother passed away.
