Edward Lawrence Wilfred McCreath was born in 1909. He married Delia Bertrand Bennet in 1933. They had a son, Edward Lawrence McCreath. In 1978 the family was resident at 257 Bowmont Street, listed as

Edward died at Invercargill. The inscription on Edward’s grave reads: “In loving memory of EDWARD LAWRENCE McCREATH dearly loved third son of Charles and Nellie McCreath and beloved husband of Delia. B. McCreath, passed away 7 March 1935 aged 26 Years”.
Delia re-married in 1942 to Alexander Stanley Lawson (1906-1983). Stanley and Delia had twin daughters born June 1942. Neither survived infancy.
Edward Lawrence McCreath married Irene Elizabeth Mary Anderton. They had a son, Calum D. McCreath.
