In April 2016, The Lido Cafe was re-established as a 40 cover licensed bistro by Paul and Kelly Widdop. One of the reasons for their resurrecting the name is the existence of an engraving on the flagstones outside the building stating it was formerly ‘The Lido Cafe’.
Sadly the business closed some three months later.
