Located at 767 Pollokshaws Road near the gates of Queen’s Park, it is believed that that the Bluebird was owned by the Piacentini family. The cafe stopped trading some thirty years ago.The premises (and those adjoining to the corner of Balvicar Street) are now occupied by Brodie’s Bar Restaurant. Previously it was Shimla Pinks Restaurant.
